windoze prob

I was wondering if any1 could tell meh how to fix this http://www.otashkiforum.f2s.com/Image1.jpg , you see normally you can switch between a few different windoze but know you can. Any1 know how to return it to normal?

That happened to me once before. Double-clicking on the border should fixit.
