Ok... If decent free ISP's are gone, what is the best (speed, good connection, little or no limit on time) low cost ISP?

I could've sworn I saw something with AT&T on my TV for $4.95/month with 150 hours. Not sure of the restrictions or limitations or anything like that.

i'm getting AT&T @home cable.. i figured if i bought AT&T Worldnet unlimited.. it'd cost $20 and a second phone line (also around $20) it'd be the same cost as @home cable.. which is $39.95 a month.. but the better thing is that it is like 500 times faster..

For those of use who can't get cable or DSL, you might want to go to cnet.com, they have a large database of ISPs. Most pay ISPs are good, but try to sign with an ISP with a trial period, so you can test their services.
