Please review this site ASAP

I made a site for my dad's Real Estate company.

The URL is http://reproglobal.iminbudget.com/reproci/

I put up a little Flash intro but its rather, well, to put it nicely, "not up to today's standards."

Please give it a look and tell me what you think of the design. None of the links work as of yet.

Should the Flash intro stay? Should it be replaced by a static image? Hows the site look?

Your site looks overall very organized and keeps things simple. Excellent job! Your goal is quickly delivered across to the audience. However, I seriously expected more out of an opening flash image (it needs a few more things on it as it's too empty). I think you should ask for my rating after you get all the links up and running. I feel that I don't have enough info to give your site a high score. However, you can easily improve your score by finishing up the links. I'll be glad to re-rate it. :)

I enter the site and see a flash movie with drum and bass, I think you should change the music to something more fitting (a bit more slower and warmer - type music), I don't really like the flash intro, you should just goto the main home page straight away upon entering.
The logo is very nice, not to obvious tho.
I love the mouseovers on the nav buttons :), in all looks really good and gives out the impression of a clean, proffesional business site.
two suggestions move the date into the blue table above and change the color to white, loose the 'html, web design, graphic design & hosting' at the bottom just have 'rk web designs © 2002' or what ever your new name is gonna be.

I will definitely try to improve the Flash intro. It wasn't that appealing to myself even.

You should add a skip feature to the flash opener. The yellow "hover" on the links is too dark. The top area containing the logo is too large and draws too much attention away from the rest of the site. The loading times are good. The site design and balance is good. I can't really think of much that needs to be done to make the site better besides giving away money to the visitors.

I think the Flash is too fast to even have a skip feature, but I guess its for the better.

I really don't think giving money away would be appropriate for a business site ;)

Anything longer then three secs should have a skip feature. Who cares whether it's appropriate or not. If you gave money away, your site would be the greatest in the world.
