I need to point my domain name to a t35 account for domain hosting, but I'm managing my domain at mydomain.com and there is no place to enter in DNS info, only an IP number and a URL...

How can I point it to my t35 account for domain hosting with only a DNS ???

+chips, with full DNS, you should be able to do this, but I get the feeling what you'd like to do is simply enter in t35's nameservers somewhere. If so, mydomain.com is out of the picture, and you'd enter these at your registrar.

If this sin't the case, please explain, what 'DNS info' you mean, "there is no place to enter in DNS info..."

Okay, I'll explain myself a little better.
For domain hosting with t35, you're meant to enter in the following DNS for your domain:

NS.ISPRIME.COM 130.94.138.2
NS2.ISPRIME.COM 130.94.137.54

However, on mydomain.com, the only options I can find are to enter in IP pointing, a URL for the domain to point to, or a "CNAME".
Where can I enter in the DNS that t35 tells me to? I can't find it... Or am I just looking for completely the wrong thing?

Sorry; I'm new at this domain stuff :) .

Where did you register the domain? If it was at mydomain.com then I understand your confusion, though I've never registered a domain there, so I can't tell you extactly. You can try: http://www.namesdirect.com/manage.html (the company mydomain uses, I *think*).

If you did not register your domain at mydomain.com, then you need to go to your registrar.

It was at Namezero, actually. Quite a while ago, I registered a free domain there. Recently I paid for it so it is now mine. So I have to contact Namezero? Okay, thanks a lot. :)

email plussupport@namezero.com

tell them to change the nameservers of your domain to

NS.ISPRIME.COM 130.94.138.2
NS2.ISPRIME.COM 130.94.137.54

and give them your domain name too

I have just one more question. When my domain was paid for via Namezero, I noticed that my URL would not work without the http://www part. I thought that would a problem for some of my visitors, so I took it over to mydomain.com to manage, and the problem was fixed.

Anyone know why this happened?

And thanks for all your help with my previous question, Chicken and wct :) .

How long have you been a Plus member? If it has been 60 days since you've upgraded, then you can transfer it to another registrar with cheaper plans and more administrative options.

I transfered my domain to GoDaddy. There, it allows you to input DNS information.

This is just a DNS issue. In order for both the domain.com and www.domain.com to work, a simply A RECORD entry has to exist, to point www to the server. I'll reserve my opinion of places that don't automatically set this up. I feel it is a no-brainer, but even some rather large hosting providers fail to set this simple entry. I've never figured out why...
