New way to host??

Ok, i just thought of a way to do free hosting with no banners

this may not be a good way host but it is an IDEA!!!

when they sign up they tell you how many hours a week they spend online, so with that you send them an email telling them to click on a redirection once a day when they sign on the net to help sponser

is there a cgi script that will count how many times someone goes to a URL and if they dont click mabey 7-20 times a month they get kicked off

having that option or banner ads, does that sound like a good idea???

i probley wont do that but i was thinking about it

it might not make alot of money, but with popups or banners, almost no one clicks them :)

or, the more they click the more services they get! :) heh

Ok, it took some explaining on AIM from Mrh0ax, but what he seems to be saying is that if you don't get enough banner clicks, you get kicked off. Sounds like a bad idea to me, but what do I know :p?

Bad idea. You can't really force anyone to click on links.

If you want to you can, but that's a horrible way to pay for hosting costs. I would never join a host that requires that.

u use a link tracker and redirect it to the banner code

and the link tracker will tell how many clicks one person did, or just whoever clicks amount of banners in a month that isnt just click click click gets more services...

like if u click 10 times a monthu get an extra meg of space, (lol) or if you click 50 times a month u get cgi
ect...

Forcing clicks is not allow in any of the affiliate program I know of (allclicks might allow it, but I'm not sure). I think it will be hard for you to get advertiser to advertise with you if you force users to click.
