Basically, yes. Figures are not exact but they're close enough to give you a rough idea. I buy them in bulk so I can sell them for low prices, or, in this case, give them away and make a small profit on shipping/handling.

Basically that is what it is, a fancy sticker. I do not have one on my cell but from how I understand it it works the same as rabbit ears for the tv from years gone by.
