Okay, I do not want to sound dumb( I probably already do by stating this :-P), and I'm sure this question has been asked before, but how do you register the free .com.ru and such domains? I went to the RIPN website and the instructions, rather than helping me, perplexed me. I'd be very thankful if someone could point me to a previous post or a website that could explain more clearly. Thanks
