50-100mb ftp large file size limit

sorry if u get stuff like this all the time, but i am after...

100mb preferably
ftp access
file size limit of 5+mb
allows zip files (maybe exe)
allows pic leeching/image redirecting (e.g. using tags in forums)
don't mind about banners/pop-ups
no forum scripts needed

any1 know anything like this??? i know it's a lot to ask :)

if pic leeching/image redirecting isn't possible could any1 else suggest a fast reliable place to host these (doesn't have to be big)

no ads php sql cgi asp no ads unlimited mb and unmetered traffic
but too slow :(
