Any good pop-under sponsors ??? which actually pay ?? and per 1000 ... and only 1 pop-under .. and not open multiple extra.

also and good impressions advertisers .. or per click advertiser

The only one I can think of, off the top of my head is Standard Internet's PopUpTraffic, it offers a pop-under at a rate of $2 CPM. But this is only counted if the full page loads.

I'm sure there are others, I just cannot think of them right now... :(
