Perl is located in /usr/bin/perl
Sendmail is in /usr/lib/sendmail
You must create a cgi-bin directory in /home/(Your username) in order for
your perl scripts to function properly.
PHP is another very useful scripting language which is supported and can be
run from anywhere. It can be placed in an HTML document with the extension
of .php3 or .php4 depending on the version used. PHP3 and 4 are both
supported on NetCabins.

Netcabins do seem to be having some teething problems but all webhosts do from time to time. It's a gamble choosing any webhost.

Hmm... that's a problem with DNS reverse zones; I run into it all the time. But now if you go to the IP address you get a 404 error :)
