What can i do when i click on my domain
www.mewgood.com
then it will transfer to www.mewgood.com/index.shtml instead of www.mewgood.com/index.php

Try deleting index.php

Rename it index.php.temp then

Change your directory index in your .htaccess file from index.php to index.shtml, or if both are present, move index.shtml to be in front of index.php.

Example:
DirectoryIndex index.shtml
