The only (popular) file types that supports transparency is GIF (GIF89) and PNG (I think).

You can make transparent backgrounds with PNGs.

With PSP:

Create a new file. Choose transparent background. Make your image. Save as whatever.png.

hmm i believe with GIFs transparency is a default color of 255 blue
But I have only made them with photoshop and another wad program

u can make transparent images with .gif or.png only :)

I think u can make it with ms paint too lol (i forgot how though)
and psp and adobe photoshop
