I have mine on f2s.net, but it's closing.. i read all discussion on hosting but if an host is good for something isn't for another reason!
There's not a good host for free i think... :(
i see popogo, but cgi request is for free? will ib3 work on it?
Then i do not now where to ask..
I don't want ads, but i could take a ads space if is fast...
prohosting seems to be good, but i read not supoport ib3.. :(
I'm going crazy! :(
Please help!

i'm wondering:
yesterday i have signed up with t35.com
not more 95% should'nt be cgi..
but if i have "unlimited" space i can use my space only for ib3? is it right?
Ib3 works on it?
My matter is that they cancel my account and i lost all messages... :(

Put your site on t35 as well - if you have a majority of CGI files, they won't allow it. :)

Of course, if you install an Ikonboard, that'll already take up lots of space unless you have LOTS of webpages. The key to avoiding deletion from T35.com is to come up with lots of webpages to counter the amount of CGI scripts you have. :D

When http://www.digitalrice.com is accepting signups they could be good... no ads, CGI supported. Unfortunately, they don't seem to be quite there yet despite claiming it'll be any day now.
How much bandwidth do you need? Bootbox (http://webhosting.bootbox.net/freehosting.htm) has CGI, domain hosting, no ads, but only 10 megs space and 500 MB/month bandwidth.

what do you mean for bandwith? The amount of files i can upload in a time? (cuold be a month, week etc.?)
x +chips:
do you mean if the space is over 95% i can't upload more, but they don't cancel my account? i want to use that space ONLY for ib3! :)

Bandwith depends on your connection, or the connection of a server, the better the connection, the more expensive the bandwith generally is...BTW Bandwith is Hits..in some terms.

Sorry, t35 is not for you. You must have a webpage to go along with the CGI scripts.
They will cancel your account if you have more than 95% scripting. Consdiering that you're not going to have ANY webpages, they will cancel your account.
