This is a screen shot taken from a computer man, to take a screenshot from your computer do the following steps:-

when i window is active press the Print Screen key on your keyboard, and then open any software for images eg mspaint and right click and paste there.

Yes, you can olny skew in one direction (at the time). But you mostly only need one direction. First you skew it. Then you add perspective to get the "angle". Or the other way around.
