That's because he mainly offers paid hosting - his free hosting is just a side service, like F2S's was.

he still offers free hosting... it's just not automated.. so basically... if you have a good enough reason he will give it to you... free! like me... he even gave me a chrsitmas pressie! access to the client control panel... free!

In the Paid hosting forum people have talked about experiences with donhost and how they have jipped their customers.

There has also been some situations like that from Tripod/Lycos. I think it is terribly rude to delete member accounts without reason or cause. :angry2:
