Anyone know of a cheap place to get a shell or a list of shell providers preferably with 2 process's and less than $10 thanks

Try looking on http://www.eggxpress.com or http://www.shellreview.com

I myself have a shell at http://www.unixrules.net and am quite satisfied with them, great uptimes and a stable connection. They have what you're asking, but they require you to pay at least 3 months upfront.
