Frames question.

I have quickly made a page using frames. When I click a link in one frame it take me to that page in the same frame. What I want to do is for it to take me to that page in a different frame. Can someone explain to me in the simplest way how to do this?

Please answer me question. I know I ask a lot of questions and sometimes that can be annoying but please answer this one its really important.
