NO.

And the font is client side. That is, if you got the font on your machine only, people would not get the right font when browing.

Have you ever gone to those sites that say
This page uses Japanies characters that won't view unles you download the language pack.
If you figure out how to do that then anyone who wants to view your site just has to download a language pack :confused:

That's something else. The browser automatically prompts you if the character set is one you haven't got language support for. It's not the font.
