My 2nd design. Please review it.

My second design has now been completed. Go to http://www.cheatpark.net now to see it. I have taken in your advice but I know it can still be improved. As before only the news and forum links work including the logo.

First thing I noticed was that it was titled "Untitled Document". Then I asked myself "are those bitmaps?" and my suspicion was confirmed. Then I thought of how small the font you used for your body text was and how the choice of blue on a blue background might not be the best for your links. After that I scrolled a page or so down, but saw that the content had already ended and the rest of the page, for no apparent reason, was blank.

On a positive note, I will say it's better than your framed page, but you've still got a lot of work ahead of you.

They were bitmaps. Whats the best graphics program to use?

My second design is now being improved. I am getting rid of those horrible bitmaps and replacing them with .jpg files. I'll get there one day with one of the best sites.
