I personally use fastclick.com
Others that are recommended are goclick.com and PopUpTraffic.com

You may want to know that pop-ups drive traffic away from your site, and they probably won't want to return. With banner ads there aren't those anoying ads that come up in your face, and more often than not, one pop-up can triger a reaction that results in a million of them bombarding your viewers. But if you must go with pop-ups I would also like to suggest http://www.popuptraffic.com

Fastclick and goclick, are popunders, very discreet, and most certainly don't spawn others popups.
There are of course some companies that do, which is why the above three were recommended.

Greetings,
cdudeuk18: Beware of any Standard Internet, Corp., affiliate programs. When you said you were had a "free web hosting site", I assumed you meant you hosted people for free. Much like the many others FWPs around here. As such, you should know that SI is very, very stringent on quality control of the traffic its advertising is displayed on. This control borders on questionable.
If you plan to send them any serious amount of traffic, be very aware that you may find your account cancelled, your funds confiscated and with no reasonable route to recovery.

url is spam, edited by mod
url is banned, edited by mod (without the hypen in the middle)
cdudeuk18: Also, is there any reason you don't want to use Adpowerzone?
Peo: I find it highly disturbing that '----------------------' is bleeped out on these forums. Is there any particular reason for this, since the owner was banned from these forums, quite some time ago?
Farewell,

Dear Matt:
The owner of that site is banned and stays banned as you know. We banned him once since he ignored our rules and our repeated warnings. He then signed up with new usernames three times, continued to abuse and spam until we banned that url. So that url will be banned forever, since we don't want him back.
And please, if you are recommending your own url here, make sure that you state that it is your own site, and not some "independent not related to me" resource. I find that highly disturbing...

Farewell,
Had problems with ADpowerzone before ... opens up multiple pop-ups ... i would not like to loose clients .. because of this ... also i feel that if i say "1 pop-up" i should keep to these ... and no say ... well sorry but i've keepen to my offer of "1 pop-up" but this 1 pop-up is opening others ... that is not my problem ..... .
well it is my problem ... and i don't want problems like that ...
in responce to Standard internet comments ....
I would like to also include "must pay" into my requirements.

I'm sorry to say that using any other type of advertising apart from pop-ups in currently not available.
I'll try to explain :
Most banner companies require the banner to be actually clicked ( and pay per unique click ) ... that isn't helpful for me if i only get 2 clicks ...
Most pop-up sponsors pay per 1000 pop-ups .. which means ... every 1000 visitor to my users site make me $x ..
I hope you all understands the reasons behind this type of advertising. and that in order to become a "long standing" Free webspace provider and actually provide these services with the highest level of support and highest level of services to clients i must get some kind of income, in which case pop-up ads are the most reliable , easy to enable.
Thats for all your input , i'll be going with popuptraffic should i meet their requirements.

Greetings,
Apologies, AdSense.org is a site created by myself. It serves as a repository for open communication between Advertisers, Advertising Networks and Publishers.
Peo:
And please, if you are recommending your own url here, make sure that you state that it is your own site, and not some "independent not related to me" resource.
While not stating my ownership of the website, in question, I certainly did not state that it was "independent not related to me." I simply gave resources. You should know me better than that, Peo.
I find that highly disturbing...
Let's not be childish. Is it not logically enough that the perpetrator has been banned? Need we censor information which is no longer being used in abusive ways?
Farewell,
Archbob

They've payed me on time, every time.
They have strict rules on quality traffic control and a free hosting network might violate those rules, contact them personally and ask.

Matt,
It will no doubt be abused again if I unban it, so that won't happen. We don't censor information, we ban abusers.
Can we please get back to the topic of this thread now?

Hi cdudeuk18!
I have been paid by PopUpTraffic!
However, it might be a good idea to not use them for a free webhost! Whilst they are extremely reliable, they are very strict (and rightly so).
Possible problems that could easily (and probably most definately will) arise are users sites that break rules of the PUT TOS!
This could be content wise, or even things such as popping other pops on their site!
If you do go ahead and use them for a free host do as Archbob said and contact them personally about it, and if they say that it is okay, you will want to keep very strict surveilance on your users websites!

I think all their programs are pretty strict with the exception of allclicks and clickhereforcellphones(since its pay per sale) . But they're a good group.

OK , well upon the time that my server is up .... i will e-mail them ... and find out ... i will be offer Paid hosting as well to enable me to make abit of profit and pay for servers / scripts / data-transfer / domains.
------------------------------------------------- >
Should the paid hosting make enough money , to secure my company for 1 Year + and make profit .... free hosting will be ad-free. ( unless you feel nice and put a banner of our services up ).
