Sorry, ProjectSpinned is no more, after last night and the debts we owe I don't think we will be coming back, It's a shame when your server get loaded with warez and porn after around 6 hours. It seems even warez kids and porn kids don't have a holiday.
Anyway now ps is now a paid host under the name 'Spinned Networks' and will be launched 01/01/02.
Thank you very much for your time and Seasons Greetings,
N. Hanks,
Project spinned.

A good host should review a person's site application before giving them webspace, and if the Terms of Use are violated this person should not gain access to an account. If their site is within the bounds of the Terms of Use, then they could get webspace. If later on they break the rules, then they could be reported and their account would then be deleted. It is that simple to keep a server clean of unwanted stuff.

They would have to pay to employ someone to do that. They don't want to lose that much money because in some situations they basically do not have enough money.

hm, you offer cgi but not perl. how comes?
okay, cgi just means "common gateway interface" but since let´s say 98% of all scripts that have the cgi extension are written in perl why would this be useful?
also where is the problem to install Perl within the servers? If you´re running on a linux system it only takes you some minutes to install AND of course limit the Perl functions and modules the way it is used to be for web hosting... just my 2 cents.

Have PHP parse the cgi files and make it look as if you were using perl? :p
