f2s.com is kicking it's free users on feb 28th, 2002.

i need another free webspace provider that offers:

- usage of own cgi scripts
- php and perl support
- mysql database support (5mb should be enough)
- 10mb+ space
- no aggresive adds (ie. frames, ton of pop-ups, etc.)

well, f2s.com was the best i found one year ago.

is there any comperable provider, that offers almost the same services?

thanks in advance,

If you look here, Google has a listing of a vareity of FWPs.

You'll find a host there.

This is off topic but they don't keep their information up to date. Tripod now only do 20mb and not 50mb.

google unfortunately has a lot of dead links. found just one interesting provider that actually works, i'll try it out.

and for the .sk .it and .dk hints, well is there any possibility to translate this webpages in english via some tool or somethign else?

at first when i signed up the webmaster did not email me my password and my username i had to email him in regard to my new account and only after a week he then replyed on the other hand with brinkster i had no problems whatsoever it`s fast and reliable and i think it`s your best choice for a free webhost.

The webmaster does not e-mail you your password,it is automated,at the time you signed up sendmail was most likely down due to abuse.
