Yeah everything is fine here in Argentina besides the fact that military coup rumors are spreading. Buenos Aires will still have one heck of a fireworks display even with economic recession.

Singapore just pop a champaigne, nothing much, and the countdown clock had some 1 sec delay. pretty sucks, the 2000 countdown over here was better.

I don´t think the military will last much longer like this... they are getting angry. And besides many take-overs occur at new years. Castro overthrew Batista at new years. The Army here will over throw this terribly inept government which has no president at the time.
