Wonderful. I have used this place as a resource for about 5 months. I never even stopped to check on these forums untill a couple weeks back. Then finally I saw something that I really wanted to chip my two cents in on and registerd. I must say, this is a wonderful site. Keep it up FWS!!

How about we use this thread to suggest improvements to the site. What about competitions and stuff.

Well, I don't know what we need to do...the place is a resource, is i tnot? A place where people go when they need help with some hosting and other web related stuff. So as long as people are still helping other people out, there's really nothing else that needs to be done.

i think a contest would be good..... it would give the board something fun to talk about. how about a................ hmmmm, it's not easy to think of a contest though.

It'd be hard trying to find something that ALL the many users here would like. Plus it sounds like it would cost some cash.

Cash? I don't think that should be a too big deal here. It doesn't have to be a huge price, maybe something little and I'm sure that FWS makes some money.

The only competitions I can think of would annoy the hell out of me...stuff like who can get the most posts in an hour or something like that...whcih we couldn't do anyway, cause it's against the rules.

can i just say that your're/we're lucky that this board is going so well... i woz part of a *coff* warez board and just the number of requests out weighed the number of replies.. thats why were lucky that so many ppl reply here to help others out..

well sorry to get soppy on yas but wanted to congrat every1 @ fws.net... its going real well.. and yeh im in favor of a comp as long as we can raise the funds from somewhere ? :confused:

I hope people aren't looking into this idea as something feasible...any competition that could possibly be held on this board could only be pure evil.

Peo would if the web host has an ad removal optuion (just ad removal, no extra features/plans) Peop would pay for it.

Some hosts Like Free ProHosting & Spaceports have an option here you pay a samll fee per year to remove ads but nothing changes except ads are gone.
