10:00 here in Buenos Aires, Argentina, I am stunned the military hasn´t launched its coup yet. The fireworks will be excellent even with recession... they try to maintain a tradition. Last year´s was one of the greatest I ever seen.

So of all the significantly populated areas (meaning not Alaska and various island in the middle of the pacific), we get to keep 2001 longer than everyone else. :p I'm probably geting the chance to hold on to the year longer than 99% of the people in the world. :D
