You get roughly 222,222 impressions per month so a CPM program might prove profitable. A popup program might work best for your site but it depends on how your visitors react.

Yeah, it is I think you may be able to make around $100-$150/month with CPM. I say you have better chance with CPC and CPA programs.

CPM: Cost per 1000 ad displays.
CPC: Cost per click.
CPA: Cost per action.
CPS: Cost per sale

what happened when someone views the same banner more than once with a cpm? does it count it or do the views have to be unique?
what is a good cpm that doesn't require ss# or that's outside usa?

CPM is normally counted by unique ad views. Depending on the advertiser, the period in which the users IP address/cookie will be considered non-unique may vary from one hour from when the first ad was viewed (like my company does, dkAds) and 30 days.
There are also companies who will accept raw click through/impressions, thought this is rare. dkAds has one raw CPC campaign running right now.
