I need a english or french host with Full CGI scripts, popup ads (no banners or frame types), generous bandwith & file size limit( if possible)

* It must be a relatively fast host and stable

(I dont care about webspace)

Hmmm... Pretty good offer, but they say:" no more subscriptions today"...

There should be others, just in case I get the same thing tomorow:)
