So you have to use the Portland service
http://www.domaincontroller.com/ (http://centralinfo.net/ says: "We are now offering DNS services again on a paid only service") in combination with faster.as

This means that the setup is a lot more difficult than with mydomain, especially the email-setup.

Could you give me an example which services I need to setup an email-forward for all email-adresses of a domain?
