I am a novice maker of homepage. Can someone help me with the following:

How do I write cgi for my homepage?
What program do I have to use?

Get the book, "Perl For Dummies" (no offense intended). I used it and it taught me the basics plus some advanced stuff. Just stick with it.

Any text editor like notepad will work.

Look on Amazon.com for a book on JavaScript. Books are the way to go because they're much easier to take around with you and read in any place you choose.
