PHP help

see i dont really get this, really knew, like if u want to run it on the net, free web host

i tried

angelfire
brinkster
megspace

but i think i might be doing it wrong

i uploaded the file that was the action for the form like action.php

and i had hello.php for the starting page but it would be like www.brinkster.com/hellp.php er whatever but it wouldnt open and stuff like that, i hope u know what i meen, i just need a crash course on what actualy to do. thanks in advance to anyone to answers this

I haven't check the other 2 hosts you mentioned but I don't think Angelfile support PHP.
