Does any1 know if ee domain free if so where i can regester?

don't know if they'd be free or not:
Domain registration under .ee is open only for institutions registered in Estonia and having permanent Internet connectivity or virtual server in Estonia. don't know about third level domain though, too lazy too read it all :cool:

i know a site where u can get .ee domains for free but u have 2 be a citizen of Estonia.
