how do i get a .com.ru i filled out the two forms this is what i sent

and here is what they sent back

There are FATAL ERRORS in request, object is not processed.

Just go to centralinfo.net and setup a zone file for the .com.ru domain you want, then resubmit your request to RIPN using ns1.centralinfo.net and ns2.centralinfo.net and then point the .com.ru domain to Portland. :)

Like KG's, the automatic way always ****s up so you'll have to wait til they manually enter it :(.
