What is a good pay-per-click program for a small website? A place that accepts all kinds of sites and pays pretty good and oh one that has different banners and not like standardinternet one where it shows only one kind

Valueclick.com is pretty good, but they don't accept sites hosted on free servers.

You could try cj.com, although they only have a few click through based ones. Hamster.com might also be a good idea.

affiliatetarget pays $.2/click...

no background info (don't even know if they pay) but it's a good payrate and i hate a horrible site that got accepted.

Try spaceports.com
They have free webspace but require you to put a banner at the top of each page (They will pay you 0.10c a click!!!!!)
