I still think it's hard to get in (we have talked about this host before). As far as I can see the space is provided when you sign up for dial up access so they want real name, address, telephone number, zip, the works. They will probably not check but I say you need a working Norwegian alias.

Start.no har de siste månedene vært utsatt for omfattende misbruk av tilbudet om gratis hjemmesideplass. Spesielt har utenlandske aktører brukt hjemmesidene som lagringsplass for store mengder bilder og filmer. Dette har ført til at vanlige brukere har fått en dårligere kvalitet på tjenesten.
For å bedre kapasiteten på hjemmesidene (home.no.net), vil følgende regler nå gjelde for FTP-tilgang til egne hjemmesider:
