When others sleep ....

Well, I made the error to buy a reseller's account from a known hosting company. It's 9 days I bought the account , and the 8th I had serious ftp problems , the 9th I'm completely dead, my site and all the sites of my clients. I think that they are having a good sleep now, as where they are must be 4 am. But I live in europe and I can only eat my hands, because I send 3 emails till now and I got no answer. Where is the 24/7 support if they sleep, where is the respect to a reseller? I'm really angry. And imagine that they have a good reputation. Anyway I will not say the company's name yet. But I will do it tomorrow if I don't get my problems resolved. Tomorrow I will also tell my bank never to pay again and I will do everything to take my money back. And from now and on we should be really careful about what reccomend to others. I don't say that somebody from here recommended me that host. I'm just saying that we all must be really careful. Hi everyone and forgive me if I said too much but I'm getting crazy right now.

No, but don't ask me today which is the company. If you'd like comment what I wrote and give me some advice. I'll speak tomorrow about the company, their reputation and their name of course.

Come on , guys I said I will not say the name today.

My emails are dead too. Everything is dead. Of course their site is up and working perfectly. Me , the stupid one, has everything down. I would be ready to accept the downtime, if they had hust sent an email to say something. But they didn't answered yet.

I want to say something else too. It's about that 99,9% uptime. That's really stupid. I don't say that is not correct. But who cares about the 99,9% uptime, when for a whole day you stay offline. I think that the customers, and I think they have every right to do it, have already made their opinion.

Donhost has a bad reputation. Right? But lately I didn't see to donhost's resellers big downtimes. Some "others" have good reputation. I have my reseller account with the"others" and I have serious problems. At this point , I say that for me would be much better get ----ed from donhost because I could expect it, than get ----ed from the "others", the good ones.

Oopppsss... I posted clicked post reply before you posted your last reply but took longer writing it!.... I meant that instead of getting ----ed by donhost or one of the "other" hosts wouldn't it better finding a service where you won't get ----ed at all :)
