125 Megs, and un-metered bandwith..hm...I don't like the sound of that...but..the other deals are good :-). If they put like 10 GB transfer, it would be great, but, the unmetered thing scares me, the other deals are great though :D

I have been with them before and they were excellent. Only problem I could find was that to run cgi scripts a cgi-bin folder must be created from. This could be a pain for some people.

When a host is offering "unmetered" transfer, its clearly doing a :p in your face and telling you "heh! I know you are not going over xx GB anyway in your life...I allow you all of it...try match it!"
Anyway, if you are interested in HUGE amounts of data transfer for cheap, also look up www.myqth.com (500 MB / 30 GB / $48-year).

Unlimited hosts will always have problems. I'd recommend for a PHP site www.phenominet.com or www.tera-byte.com

phpwebhosting.com is crap. It's actually 125 MB and 5 GB monthly transfer. If you go over that a couple of times, you're asked or forced to leave.

Must have? Are you looking at logs to prove that she has been using 5+ GB transfer monthly? Many sites have been forced to shut down until the end of the month or just leave. Besides, you're not getting your money's worth there anyhow.

It's a verb, and it means to lock up, or to imprison.
