All I need is a host with atleast 5 MB, NO ADS, PHP and Fast Server. I tried l33t.ca, kilio and host.sk, but they are too slow. Any help is much appreciated.

yeah, kilio is too slow for me. It even doesnt reslove in my browser sometimes.
