I hate my host, and need help !!

Im from Israel, and only 16 years old, and have no credit card !
But, my partner in my site, have credit card (he is 19 years old)...
but the problem is that he only trust on Israeli host and dont trust all the others (that not in Israel)...
Maybe someone have a host that he can trust off (relaible)..
coz here is my host details :

25 $ per mounth
40 MG
3 gig transfer (we need at least 5 !!!)
full cgi-bin (perl, c, ALL)
php
WE HAVE NO MYSQL (and we really need it !!)
and the only thing that good that they are really FAST and stable !!
FTP (duh !)
no subdomain, and only 10 pop emails !

Can someone offer me othe host that cheaper (15$ is ok !)
that at least offer me all the above + mySQL + FAST + REALAIBLE (im from Israel..) + STABLE...
other stuff (sub-domains, more ftp accounts...) will be great also.

but a host that dont steal our money (again, were from Israel)

I heard about Aletia, and they seem very very good and have all the stuff that we need (+more..)..
but the problem is......."are they safe ????".
where are you from ??
cuz im from Irsrael and need to know if its safe...

I asked them also here (the people) and all said they're good

I know your 19 year old site partner does not want a US host, it is highly recommended that you convince him they are good, and some are bad.

One that is good is http://www.below10host.com , I have been using this one for a long time and it really provides a service for what you paid for.

I hear good and bad things about HostRocket. But the general consensus is:

1) Servers are down alot
2) Support is slow
3) Support staff are obnoxious (lol)

We are getting some refugeees from HostRocket everyday. Main reason I hear, is their behaviour on their forums. They zap any posts that are slightly critical of their service and some users report having their ENTIRE forum account disappear for being critical so they have to sign up again.

The owner seems to berate his own clients in public on the forum and the moderators all gang up on any critisizers so they have to leave.

Doesn't seem like good business practice to me. We have people criticize us on our forum sometimes (god forbid :D ) but we never delete anything. Honesty is the best policy. All hosts have problems, it's how they deal with them that distinguishes them from the rest.
