I really need a good host. The people I were going with just changed their plans and now it's out of my price range. Here is what I'm looking for:

200mb of space
3 GB or more of Bandwidth
FTP Access
User Accounts (For like /~page sites)
5 or more Subdomains
POP3 E-mail
CGI, SSI, PHP
6.50/mo (Approx.)
