Hey y'all,

Does anybody here have a problem with --------? This is my dilemma. I signed up with them to see how good a host they claim to be. After 10 days I decided it was time to call it quits and just move on. BUt then I realized that once you pay them the annual fee, the money ain't coming back. That is they don't offer a 30 day money back policy. So I decided to use the space just for storing my files. Now here is the problem. All of a sudden they just became slow. To upload a basic index page which is 5 kb in size takes a good 3 minutes. I use a cable modem. I would like to know if there is anybody else who is having the same kinda problem. The highest transfer rate I got so far was, 1.59kbps.

Ok

-------- is a fasthosts / donhost reseller ....

Nuff Said.

Fasthosts has around 60Mbit of bandwidth quoted.

Donhost unix reseller ... has around 100Mbit of ethernet bandwidth.

Fasthosts hosts over 400,000 ( at peak )

Donhost hosts over 10,000 ( domains for resellers i believe )

I have a windows hosting plan. I sent them plenty of emails which all of them came back. The error was, unable to store mail message. I think they might have gone out of business. :)

We are retrieving around 10 users domains from --------.com service, and while they were not responding we did contact dotregister.com, they passed on the owners email address:

Which if you need contact me, and I will pass it on.

Robert
