I'm searching for a good and free host for a page for my band. We need support for php and cgi and there shouldn't be many and big ads. Please help me!

I have tried f2s.com but they are so slow. i can't upload things to their ftp unless i am at school. and there is goes with only around 0.5kb/s .. it sucks!
