As I said when I reviewed your site initially, the menu appears while it is loading, but disappears when full loaded.
Netscape 4.73

Yeah, but that one isn't light blue, across the top and reads Home | Products | Store | Downloads.
Maybe he forgot to give the URL.

Ah, there is a menu there, but it doesn't work. The script is IE-specific, it's not going to work in anything besides IE >4, that includes not working in Netscape, Mozilla, and Opera.
There are many cross-browser menu scripts available, I'm sure you can find one without any difficulty.

The product you are promoting should do it!
Responding to our customer requests, Menu Maker v3.0 introduces multi-level menus, compatible with Internet Explorer, Netscape and Opera browsers. Menu Maker offers two different menu modes - "fixed" and "relative". "Relative" menus appear on the screen according to current html flow, wherever included using "script" tag. "Fixed" menu is independent of the html flow, and needs x and y position, menu width and height specified by the user.
Upgrade is FREE for registered customers.
