PostNuke Install Help Needed

Hello, I am trying to install PostNuke(not the newest version, 702 I beleive. Anyways, trying to install it on stibs.cc but whenever I go to the install page, i get to the part where you fill in MySQL info and it reloads to the first install screen! And sometimes, if I am lucky and it goes through i get a URI Too Long error! Any idea what this means. Or is there a way to manualy install it without using the install script? Wouldnt it be just write to config file, put in MySQL Tables, fill out an admin user, and i'm done?

well, when I was trynig to install DCP-PORTAL on stibs.cc , the setup script had many problems (he didnt do problems at my other server)..
try to setup by editing the confing file, I think that this is the only way
