Don't use that host. They are too slow. Use dk3. They are slow but not as slow as l33t.ca and also dk3 give you a mysql database.

You dont set up the databse, if you have a mySQL support, so you should know the mySQL info such as :
mySQL host
databse name
username
password

you cant make a database on free host. you can get a free mysql account at: http://freesql.org/
