AOL hasn't always owned Netscape. And they are sueing for damage that occured BEFORE they owned Netscape. What a ridiculous lawsuit. That's not a good way to make friends w/ Microsoft. lol.

AOL should sue itself for failing to develop Netscape into something better. :rolleyes:

It is AOL´s fault that they suck.
This lawsuit will be laughed out of court... it has no merits.

AOL is really getting desperate. They should just admit how slow and stupid their browser is.

Yes, now they are but they weren't. NS was the browser once and MS started to give IE away to drive them out of business and almost succeeded.

I think AOL know they won't win. They do it to give MS bad publicity and make people aware there are more than one browser. It's all about power and control. :confused2
