Need help to install Ultimate Mail v1.2

I just download the Ultimate Mail v1.2 script and try to install it on my web host. However, it was nott successful. I foolw exactly the installation method, however still getting error when I try to log into admin page. and the subscriptiob page was not function. Can anyone have experience with and provide help?
