I found the Worlds Cheapest Domain Names at <edit> near the bottom.

Free hosting - No Banners and basically the best I have ever come across.

Hope this helps as I can remeber paying $30 sometimes for a domain name these are the cheapest.

i c it ... but i don't think its that cheap, it must b using "p" for pounds instead of the symbol £ for pounds
