Networek whatsit

My friend is over at my house and brought his computer. We want to play games of Total Annihilation and other stuff serial linked or network linked. We both have modems and if i connect his modem to mine thru the "out" plug he can connect to the net, and so can i, but we cant be connected at the same time. Is there any way of networking it so we can play games networked?

ok.

Step 1.

Buy 2 networks cards and 2 network cables.

Step 2.

Install 2 networks cards and put cable in one to other

Step 3.

Install software ( depending on your os [ xp should automatically detect hardware . and no software need ] )

Step 4.

Make sure IPX/SPX proticol is installed
