i need a FREE php message board/forum THAT uses the least amount of bandwidth... ummmm... the only requirements i got is that its free and php and uses mysql db... ummmmm.... i wanna save as much bandwidth as i can... soooooo any suggestions?

All 3 do what you want - use not much data-transfer.

vBulletin is not free

I think phpBB takes the least resources.

What do you need? A WWW-Board like forum or a vBulletin like forum?
