Negative, kids are guessing that it maybe worth something. If that's what an appraisal system gets you then I might suggest you are being lied to.
Anyone who is in the domain name business is not going to pay anything for that domain or any domains like it. Sure, loans.com, business.com, lawyers.com might be worth something to people but who is your target here?
Business man? No. Wouldn't have a need for a warez site because they couldn't do anything legit with it?
Student? No. Don't have the money you're after.
Entrepreneur? No. Would go out and get a different one themselves.
So, is the domain in hot demand??? Let's check out the competition....
warezunited.com - Registered, inactive, squatted, Asian.
unitedwarez.com - Registered, inactive, squatted, Namezero.
warezunited.net - AVAILABLE!! Wow... this could be worth almost $30.00
unitedwarez.net - Say no more...
But, I'm sure you are convinced otherwise... you should have tried this 5 years ago - maybe then you would have a chance but not now... sorry.
See this CNN article:
"...speculators who once hoped to make a fortune off easy-to-remember addresses dropped properties they couldn't unload...." (That's you they're talking about...) :)

Heh, the person who guessed $100 is the closest, though I'd say that's still a bit high. I hope you don't actually think you're going to get any where near $100,000 for the name, as you'll just be disappointed in the end result. Unless of course you believe that sightsamerica.com will actually fetch over 1/2 a million dollars ( http://www.afternic.com/index.cfm?a=gen&sa=profile&user=rosier ).
Bottom line is that I could 'appraise' it for $1,000,000 and if you only get a $10 bid, what was the domain really worth: $10 or $1,000,000? I'd put no reserve on it and take what you can get, as that's all you're going to get.
